Quarantined packages

In this view the administrator can see a list of active quarantined packages. Quarantined packages cannot be downloaded by users, unless downloading of clean files from quarantined packages is allowed in settings (in Settings - Configuration - Packages - Access control). Reasons for placing packages into quarantine depend on settings, see Detection settings.

The same as in the Active packages view applies here. Additionally, there is an action for releasing a package from the quarantine:

Action releases the package from quarantine. Package will be moved into active clean packages and users will be able to download its contents. Therefore the administrator should only release packages, which he checked and is sure are harmless to the users.
