Limit authentication attempts
Limit enabled
If enabled, there will be a limit, according to the settings below, on the maximum number of unsuccessful attempts to login or authenticate as a specific account from a specific IP address. That means number of attempts to enter a login password or an OTP code during multifactor authentication. Additional attempts above this limit will be ignored, which significantly reduces possible password guessing attacks.

The number of attempts allowed for the given time interval.

Interval
The time interval in seconds in which the user has the given number of attempts.
(default: 60)
Limit password reset requests
Limit enabled
If enabled, there will be a limit, according to the settings below, on the number of password reset requests from a specific IP address.

The time interval in seconds in which the user has the given number of attempts.

Limit attempts to access a password protected package
Limit enabled
If enabled, there will be a limit, according to the settings below, on the number of unsuccessful attempts to enter a package's password (for a specific package, user or administrator and IP address).

Limit attempts to access a password protected request
Limit enabled
If enabled, there will be a limit, according to the settings below, on the number of unsuccessful attempts to enter a package request's password (for a specific package request, user or administrator and IP address).

Limit attempts to access a non-existent package
Limit enabled
If enabled, there will be a limit, according to the settings below, on the number of attempts to access a non existent package from a specific IP address.

The time interval in seconds in which the user has the given number of attempts.

Packages with a limited number of accesses
Allow creation of packages with a limited number of accesses
Enable this feature to allow logged-in users to set a limit on the number of accesses for the package being created. Opening the package's detail, where the contents can be downloaded at will, is considered one access. Once the number of accesses is exhausted, the package will no longer be accessible and its contents cannot be downloaded.

Always create public packages with a limited number of accesses
Enabling this feature will enforce the limit on the number of accesses for all new PUBLIC packages. The user will not be able to disable the limit.

Default number of accesses
The default limit of number of accesses for a package that will be preset in the package submission form. User can change this within the interval allowed bellow.

Minimum number of accesses
The minimum limit of number of accesses for a package that can be set in the package submission form.
(default: 1)
Maximum number of accesses
The maximum limit of number of accesses for a package that can be set in the package submission form.
