The administrator can create a new API token using a dialog with the following dialogfields:

Name
Name is the title for this specific token. It should be selected well, according to the planned usage of this token, so it will be obvious what it is for.
User
User is one of the application users. All API actions performed with this token will be done under this user’s account.
After filing up and submitting the form with the Save button, a new token is created. It will be shown only once, right after the creation, in the following way:

a popup dialog on the screen.
For security reasons it will never be possible to show this token again after closing this dialog. But in case of need, it is possible to create a new token by repeating this process and delete the old one.
