  1. The field where you upload into the package the files you want to send. You can drag and drop them into this rectangle or select them with the button and the system dialogue.

  2. The files that are already added and will be included in the package are displayed here. You can remove them by clicking on the ”X”. If there are a large number of files, the display will change, and all the files will not be displayed.

  3. This section is for filling in necessary details about the package, namely:

    • Recipients' emails – recipients will be notified that they have a new file package to receive and only they will be able to download the package after logging in. It is necessary to fill in at least one email address. Multiple email addresses must be separated with a comma.

    • Package title – similar to the subject in an e-mail. It should be filled in. It makes it easier for recipients to find packages.

    • Your name – the package sender's name. This information may be important for the recipient of the package.

    • Your e-mail – the package sender's e-mail. This information may be important for the recipient of the package.

    • Note – optional text accompanying the package.

    • Password for download – if you want to make your package more secure, check the box and fill in a password. The recipient must then be informed about this password. It is not part of the package notification. The recipient cannot open the package without entering the password.

    • Encrypt the data with the password - if the administrator enabled this feature and if you enabled the package protection with the password for download (see above), you can in addition select this Whether to encrypt the files with the package’s password. The files will be encrypted on the server after the upload and after finishing anti-virus and other checks. The password is not stored on the server, so the package contents will not be accessible to anyone, not even the administrator, who does not have the password (which is required for decryption). The encryption is as strong as the password, so it is recommended to use a strong password, otherwise the encryption strength is degraded. (Technical details: The encryption is done using the AES128 symmetric cipher and the encryption key is derived from the entered password and UUID of the package.)data with the password.

    • Valid for – the default validity period is set by the administrator. If you want to change it, check the box and set the validity period in days. After this time, the package will be deleted, and the recipients will no longer have access to it.

  4. This button is used to send the package. If everything is filled in correctly, you can click on it and send the package. The process for uploading individual files to the server is the next step.

  5. The application’s language settings are found in the top toolbar on the right.

  6. Users who have registered with the application can click here to go to the login dialogue box and log into the system. Every registered user should always log in before using the application. After logging into the application, the list of user’s received packages will be displayed.
