(v2.2) All packages

The administrator here sees a list of all packages regardless of their status (active, deleted, archived, etc.). This new view, available from version 2.2, facilitates the search for packages if the administrator does not know the current status of the package. Previously, he had to search through each of the individual categories of packages, but now he can display and search all at once.
