User top bar

Besides main menu on the left side of the screen, a top bar is also always available for the logged in user. It contains the following items:

• On the left side a logo, which the administrator can change in the settings.

• In the middle an optional title, which the administrator can set.

• On the right side the following interactive items:

  • The icon of an unlocked or locked lock. It is displayed only if the administrator has enabled the "Closed environment" feature. The icon visually represents whether the user is currently in an open or closed environment.

  • Language selection CS / EN / HU.

  • ? icon opening the user manual.

  • Username of the logged in user with a drop down menu containing:

    • Edit profile

    • Multifactor authentication

    • Change password

    • Set approvers

  • Option to Logout the user.
